Hands-on Experience

The training seminar provides:

• A comprehensive manual
• Forms for your use in communication with clients
• Forms for your use evaluating homes
• A CD Virtual Before and After Tour of an enhanced home
• An Instant Marketing Kit (3 professional presentations to enable you to market your services immediately to realtor groups, individual realtors, and in trade show and convention settings)
• A sample gift certificate for realtors
• A sample direct mail marketing piece
• A sample business card

The tuition is $1200. Breakfast and lunch are provided Day 1 as well as transportation to and from our practice home on Day 2.

For the remainder of the calendar year, you will receive a free Realty Enhancement membership and a listing on the Realty Enhancement website. Available to you is an option to have a full page on the website, as well as personalized gift certificates and mailers. Year 2007 membership including website listing will be $95.

Note: Upon seminar completion IADA GMCs may use their RES designation immediately!
