Bill Price, is the Broker/Owner of B & K Realty, LLC and a TREC CE Provider, He has helped sellers list and sells their homes. His primary focus is real estate education for real estate professionals. He has developed many certified TREC CE courses for other real estate professionals. He can teach TREC Core courses for those individuals wanting to enter the real estate field. He will help develop and get courses that will help a real estate professional do their job more effectively approved by TREC. He looks forward to helping real estate professionals get to the next level. He holds many real estate designations, that help me learn more about my profession.
The Owners
Thomasine Johnson is the President and CEO of Realty Enhancements International. She acquired the company from its original owner in 2008 and has been a member since 2002. Thomasine also is the Owner of En’terior Designs, an award winning interior design and combined the knowledge and experience of both firms to advance REI to new heights. Thomasine holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Interior Design as well as a Master’s Degree in Community Development. Thomasine serves on a number of boards and associations such as RESA (Real Estate Staging Association), ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), ABWA (American Business Women Association), NAR (National Association of Realtors), National Council of Realtors to name a few. Thomasine leadership style is one of open communication. She brings enthusiasm and energy to the network of dedicated professionals in all her training seminars. Her mission is to enhance knowledge and understanding to real estate industry all over the world
